What to Do When You Don't Know What to Do

There comes a time in most people's lives where they just don’t know what to do with themselves. They may have an important decision to make. They may just feel stuck in a rut. I think we can all relate in some way or another. So, what do you do when you don’t actually know what to do? Here are some ideas:

Spend Some Time Alone
When we have a dilemma we want help with, we usually go to all of our friends and family. We usually shout it from the rooftops. We may as well go out wearing a placard that says ‘help me!’. However, you will usually come up with the best answer when you spend some time alone. You don’t even need to reflect on the question during your alone time. You can simply meditate and aim to clear your thoughts. Soon, you should realise that you can listen to your intuition way more effectively. Just make sure you’re not focusing too much on what other people have to say on the matter. This is all down to you and what you think. You will soon have the answer you seek.

Weigh Up Your Options
If you have options, make sure you weigh them up. What are the pros and cons? What will the choice mean for you. If both are good and you can’t decide, congratulations! You have good problems. Make sure you realise there’s no right or wrong path. It is whatever feels right to you in the moment. The worst thing you can do is make no decision because you’re afraid of making the wrong one.

See a Medium or Psychic
Maybe you could see a medium or psychic to get some insight on your situation. Just make sure you’re visiting somebody who seems legitimate. If this isn’t your kind of thing, you could always find the services of a life coach instead.

Pay Attention to Astrology
Astrology can actually reveal a lot about your character and what is going on in your life at the moment. You may not believe in it, but if you look into it properly you might change your mind. Reading the daily Aries horoscope might help. But that isn’t all. You can see what the stars and planets are doing and then work out how they are affecting your life situation yourself. You can then work with them, rather than against them to get the best results in your life.

Life can be hard sometimes, but we’re lucky to have one! Many of us don’t truly appreciate just how good our lives are. We have food, and a roof over our heads. We’re healthy, and we have family and friends. That should be enough for you to be happy! Start appreciating what you have and you won’t be so focused on what you don’t have. Make any decisions you need to make with love and excitement, rather than through fear. Fear isn’t real - it’s all in your head! Good luck!
